A family whose primary residence (renters or homeowners) is a complete loss or is uninhabitable due to the wildfires in Sevier County will be eligible.

The primary resident of the lost home will need to visit us in person at our CARE MORE Assistance Center located at LeConte Center (2986 Teaster Lane, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863).
The CARE MORE Assistance Center will open on January 26 & 27 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to process applications and distribute funds. To expedite the process, each day will be categorized alphabetically using the first letter of your last name.
- Thursday, Jan. 26: Last name A – L
- Friday, Jan. 27: Last name M – Z

The Dollywood Foundation is working with local and state officials to verify homes that are uninhabitable or that are a complete loss. Checks will be issued on site, one per household each month for up to 6 months.
The primary contact person will need to visit the CARE MORE Assistance Center each month. The date time and location for the next distribution will be provided at the CARE MORE Assistance Center.
